My name is Mark and I also have a background in Hypnosis/NLP & Tarot! Maybe we're related by a past life!

Anyhow, I am a CCHT also and I've used self-hypnosis to stop bitting my finger nails (now they need cutting) LOL. Plus, on January 1, of this year I've been using self-hypnosis to lose weight and so far I have lost 73 lbs. YIPPIE!

And I am also into Tarot as well for the past 9 years.

Once, I did a reading about hurricane Katrina the night before it hit landfall. I did the Celtic Cross spread and psychically saw where the levee would break (card pos. 9 was reversed) and the next day sure enough the levee broke just northeast of downtown New Orleans. It was spooky. LOL

Anyway, I saw your video blog and felt I just had to say HI !

It was early, the sun had not come up over the chain link fence yet and the pool mates at the local Y were in the pool jogging. Don plowed through the water in the deep end talking to Hans about matters of the prostate and to my right two women were talking about passion. Ok baby face, before you wrinkle your nose and let the milk from your morning breakfast cereal start to come back up in disgust, get over it; health and passion top the list of hot senior topics. Seniors have a lot on their plate and they need to be healthy for all those passions. You read "passion" and thought sex, right? Today I was driving in my jeep with the top down. Wearing my red bandanna and groovy sun glasses, I cruised flying high on an over pass. As I came down the ramp, I felt like I defined freedom. I wanted to throw my hands straight up in the air like I was on a ride at an amusement park, for safety sake, instead I let a primal scream soar up to the blue sky filled with billowing white clouds. The young man in the car behind me roared past me with his moon roof open. He must have felt it too, freedom. He stretched one hand high trough the open roof and gave me the peace sign.
